2 mile warm up (7:19, 7:28), 1200, 2x200, 2x1200, 3x200, 2 mile cool down (8:30, 8:26)
Goal: 40 for 200s and 4:53 for 1200s
Actual: 4:44, 37, 37, 4:37, 4:41, 37, 37, 32
This workout went well. The 1200s were supposed to be at tempo pace, and they felt super slow and relaxed. It was kind of frustrating trying to hit 6:30 pace on a track, because my mind always associates a track with a faster pace. Coach let us go all out on our last 200, and I was super happy with the 32. I didn’t know I could run that fast!
