I thought this workout went really well! I felt smooth and relaxed through the first four reps, and it almost felt effortless. The last two reps were definitely a little tougher, but in a good way! I wish I would've been a few seconds faster on the last rep, but I gave it my all. This was the longest workout we've done this season, and I loved it! It will definitely help with the later stages of the 5k!
