3 min hard, 5 min easy for 60 minutes. This was a really hard workout. My legs are still very tired. I was able to get my heart rate up to 170-180 though, and my average was 164. I'm not sure if this is a good thing though, because I think it just means that my body is having a hard time recovering. I'm getting pretty good at biking though, and I think I'm actually starting to enjoy it!
