1.5 warm up, 2x(200, 400, 400, 400), 200, 400, w/ 3 minute rest in between sets, 2.5 cool down

Goal: 36 for 200s, 82-84 for 400s

Going into today's workout, I was pretty sore from the balance routine yesterday. However, this didn't really bother me as much as I thought it would, and I felt really good during the workout. The paces weren't too difficult to hit, and it helped a lot having Lindsey to set the pace.
