This was a solid long run! Coach wanted me to take it a little slower, because yesterday I just felt off. That’s kind of bizarre for me, so she wondered if it was because I’m running my long runs too fast and not recovering properly. I guess I never thought about that. This run felt super relaxed and my average heart rate was only 152. I also added on 200m so that I would end at an even 50 miles for the week!
