Nice slow long run today to let the legs recover. My right leg was pretty banged up after getting spiked yesterday, and it kind of stung when I was running. Hopefully it will be all scabbed over by tomorrow, and then I’ll be good to go. My right foot also hurt. I think it’s just tightness in my arch.
