3x2 min hard, 2 min easy at 5:56 pace (10.1)
3x1 min hard, 1 min easy at 5:49 pace (10.3)
Today's workout went really well. I felt really smooth and relaxed. I really enjoy workouts like this, and it's fun getting to do harder stuff again.
