I was a little disappointed with my race today. I know I can run a lot faster, which is frustrating. On Tuesday, I ran a 23:12 in a workout, so I should be able to at least run that in a race. I don't know, my legs just felt a little off from the start. I kept thinking I would get back into the groove, but it never happened. It was a pretty tough course too with lots of hills and switch backs.
