Notes

I was planning on doubling tonight. I thought maybe my IT band would feel better if it had all day to loosen up. However, I got about 50m into my run and realized that was not the case. I was limping/shuffling and in a lot of pain. I opted to bike instead. It's just super frustrating. Every time I start feeling like I'm in shape and ready to race, I get hurt.
