400m warm-up, 10x100m, 10min aqua jog cool down

I am very out of swimming shape, not that I was ever really in swimming shape. The workout was supposed to be 400m w/u, 100,200,300,400, 500, 200m c/d. I did the warm up, but I was pretty tired afterwards. I usually don't swim that many laps continuously in the pool. Anyway, then I had to adjust the workout.
