I felt really good today. The intervals felt smooth and relaxed. I ran with Paige, and we alternated who led each rep. On the way down, coach let us go a faster than the prescribed pace, but even these intervals felt smooth and relaxed. Overall, this was a very solid workout and a good confidence booster.
