Easy run. Slept in this morning. Today starts my training for the LA Marathon. Weight is ~166 (Didn't weigh myself this morning). Want to get down to 150 for LA. Need to accomplish this goal strictly through diet, as I think the mileage is already sufficent and I have been stable in the weight area for years. Current BMI is 24.5. Looking to get down to around 20.
