a little windy but that didn't matter at all given that it was humid and hotter than it's been most of the summer. At south end of lagoon turned around with Mike R and ran a couple miles around 7:00/mi. That was a mistake since the heat slowed me to 8:00 or slower for last miles. 3.5mi@ 7:40, 2@ 7:00, 1@ 7:30, 2.5@ 7:45, 5@ a bit slower than 8:00.
