S then N to Cricket Hill track. 6x20sec, 6x30s, 3x1600m, 5x60s. my legs did not feel great, but I felt it went pretty well. I could call the 1600s cruise intervals with the short 1 minute rest, but there were only 3 and there was other stuff, so whatever.
