of 10.5mi total. with group incl Jeremy D, Anton, Spencer, Whitney, Eric, Steven. started easier, 6:50/mi, first couple miles then around 6:20/mi. felt good, wearing my lighter shoes seems to make a big difference, one of my fastest Monday runs.
