Arrrrgghh! I've had little irritations in my heels and tendons? of hamstrings at knee and bottom of hip. The tendon? at the back of left knee got progressively worse on this run until I stopped for a bit before the ped overpass, started again but it was getting worse not better. stopped and began walking back for about 1.3mi. got tired of walking and jogged back the last 2.4mi although it did not feel good. So discouraging after I've been running better than I have for 3 years.
