11mi total. a little wind from the N. with Emily, Ryan, Bob B, Ed and then pushed the pace and finished with Kylen. Faster and harder than I've pushed it for a while, but I think I slowed a little on the last mile or so until a slight kick at the end. My old race shoes still feel good.
