took the long way to River Park. 200,400,600,800,1000,800,600,400,200 with 200m recoveries. new track surface felt good. my stride on track workouts does not feel good. went a bit farther in total than I had intended. I was exhausted. I felt like I was going to collapse while getting tacos before getting home.
