S then N to Montrose. I thought I might be able to get 10 miles finished before the storm. I was suddenly drenched at about 5.5 miles. I was going to cut it to 8 but when I was at that point to return home, the rain had subsided so I continued on. Of course, there was plenty more rain after that. fartlek: 8x 20sec, 7x 60sec (60-100 sec easy). feeling much better with no real tendon and hamstring issues
