S then N. last 2.5mi it was a bit more effort to maintain 8:00/mi pace then pushed slightly harder for last .5mi.

did a bunch of squats yesterday, felt it a bit in my hamstrings and backside when warming up but then okay. back of knee issue was not a problem, noticed it a bit after a few minutes then it went away and was not a problem.
