Run Chicago workout was 3x .75mi, each one faster. I thought 2.25mi was a bit short, so I did an extra one by myself. Ran faster on 2 and 3 than I planned due to chasing Sean and Greg W. Speedwork and tempo is starting to make my hamstrings sore. Sat on a tennis ball for about half an hour afterwards to dig into the sore tight spots.
