Notes
my first race of the year. weather was good, cool and calm with some sunshine. It went well. Started out too fast, first couple miles in low 6:00s but may have been short since 3rd mile was 6:43. I felt it in my legs by the third mile, but held on to reach my goal of under 1 hour. Besides fatigue, I felt good, my ankle was not an issue, did not bother me. Wore light long sleeve shirt under singlet, probably did not need it, was not overly warm but sweat quite a bit.
