planned on 10 or more miles. still had soreness behind right knee, so I turned around and changed shoes and decided on probably 5-6 miles. knee actually loosened up and was not that bad, so 8. But 2/3 of the way in, got some rain which died off then hail which became hail combined with rain downpour, kind of like having ice water dumped on me. a bit miserable for a while. It was interesting to see the hail accumulation, piles of it. this is what I get for waiting too late to run.
