lakefront S past Diversey. stepped on the edge of the sidewalk and sprained my left ankle just over a block from returning home. Hopefully it is not too bad, but pretty sure I will feel it for a while. Just yesterday, I was thinking I am due to suffer an injury because I have been running better.
