lakefront S to Fullerton. stopped for pullups.
finally ran to the lakefront, first time in 4 weeks: check. add one more mile to 6mi: no check - bottom of left heel started hurting and kept getting worse so stopped just after 5mi and walked about 1mi home. quad recoverty: no check - does not really bother me jogging but still bothersome with certain movements and if I try to squat.
