Notes

11mi total. Was going to do a couple tempo intervals, pace was a not quite as fast as I thought it should be and my ankle was a little irritated after the first one so I shortened the remaining hard segments. The ankle doesn't feel too bad, but I don't have quite the same push-off power and am kind of scared of re-injuring. I am definitely satisfied with the workout given the injury.
