great conditions for racing and PRs. Felt good, did not feel knee after a couple miles. May have gone a little fast for first half but it felt ok and not sure what pace I could maintain. Half splits: 30:55, 31:19. Legs were getting pretty tired the second half and was passed by about 6 runners but otherwise it felt pretty good. Beat PR from Sep06 by more than 3 minutes. I even finished before the first woman (although my time was 3min behind women's course record). Effort 9/10 because it was mainly aerobic, my legs just would not go any faster.
