wind S 20. Have a cold and feeling achy incl in my legs. Tried drills 1x 24, but legs felt too bad and quit. Tuesday night, just before the autumnal equinox, I get a sore throat so that I start the season right with a cold. Mainly sore throat and sniffles on Wed. and today just felt awful.
