S then N to end. a bit misty/foggy due to the humidity. Anton joined me from Addison to N end. feeling better than the past four days and I definitely run a much faster easy pace when running with someone faster. in the last few miles, 2x 1mile, but not at a hard pace, probably about marathon pace effort.
