S then N to Wilson. felt okay. strides (12x total) 3x 15sec, drills with strides 5x10sec, 4x15sec. I rarely feel like I'm working my calves on runs, but this run really got them burning; at the end, they were as tired and sore as I can remember, but loosened up after.
