after rain but mostly sunny, wind SW18+ gusts to 30+. hot, slow and crappy. I didn't care that it was slow, but it wasn't easy, legs felt dead.
pullups 5x16. As usual, the path at Diversey at the pullup bars is the windiest place in Chicago if not one of the windiest spots anywhere.
