12mi total. on the track to gauge if I am ready to run under an hour for the 15k I registered for. And because I don't feel confident running fast on the lakefront path in the dark. Also wore my lighter shoes that I haven't worn in a year and they felt pretty good. Was hoping to run them under 6:10. Ran the first one too fast, knew when the first lap was 87 or less. Then they were all pretty difficult. Ran them fast enough, maybe too fast, it would have been better if the first one was a bit slower and they all were a bit easier and smoother. Wind SSW15 was not that much of a factor except on the fourth/last turn.
