N to Foster then S. fartlek: ladder, hard segments of minutes 1, 2, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 2, 1. followed by equal minutes of easy except last two: 2min and 1min. (shorted to 2 minutes to be sure to get the last ones finished and then I was determining my route to get the last one in and just forgot that I should have had one more minute, but it was okay.)
I don't think I was running very fast, especially on the first few. easy segments were probably around 8:00min/mi, not slow recovery jogs.
