to lakefront, then with Howard and Jamie N to Montrose + a little while waiting for others, then 3x2mi tempo intervals, then 2mi moderate and remainder easy to add miles, joined Patrick C to N end and back to Addison, then home. Tempo interval pace felt pretty good. Last few miles felt knid of bad in my head like lightheaded or something.
