S then N to mm0. I was hoping to run 4x1mile. My right hamstring was a bit sore and tight and my legs did just not feel that good. I think it was about an hour when my hamstring finally felt like it loosened up. It was not much of a progression except for 1 mile. I also had tightness/soreness at the top of my hips, front and side - it did not seem to bother me running but might have been worse afterwards and I don't seem to have an explanation for it.
