of 10.5mi total. Wow! The group went out fast. I didn't feel I could run near 6:00/mi pace for more than 6 miles so I slipped off the back and ran the first half alone. Caught some of them at the light at Michigan Ave and ran the second half with Eric, Sean, Spencer. 6:35/mi early, then under 6:20 and around 6:10 for the last 1-2mi. Felt good, seems like a huge breakthrough, 10 seconds per mile faster than I've ever done this run previously.
