Mile time trial at Jones prep track then biked to Grant statue hill and ran 4x 1mi cruise intervals on my hilly half mile loop. Light rain started after the mile time trial. Is my mile PR, I think HS pr around the poles on the baseball field was 5:26. 1mi cruise intervals were in the range they should be although I felt my legs getting tired.
