estimated. ran to track for Anton Sella mile but did not run it. ran a lap ahead of the race to try to clear the track but they started shortly after and I ran the last 200m hard to try to stay in front. Also ran an 800 with (behind) Chris as he did a workout after, around 3:05-3:10 I think, and one 400 (85-90?) on his second lap to try to stay ahead/with him, on the third one my hamstring started bothering me slightly so I gave up. I lost count on recovery jogs with Chris and time was estimated. Total hard efforts of 200, 800, 400.
