N to mm0 then S. 16x60sec with 60sec easy (first 8 were probably normal easy and last 8 recovery jog pace). I did not feel great but felt like the pace was pretty good. But I think I broke my butt - afterwards while doing squats I was very sore in the middle of the right glute muscles. right heal continues to be sore when I get up but is okay while running.
