Run interupted by trapped wind, etc. Checking diet for too much fibre - need to reduce meal sizes/timings. Left Hrm band in Glasgow. Course was flat so shouldhave been quick but ended up slow and troublesome. Just not a happy bunny, very humid, yuck yuck yuck.

Also had a tough day, Carys not feeling well and had to be carried for a couple of miles this mornng which was hot and hard. Still at least my strenght training got done.

Mind the good bits though, just about meeting the goals pace appears to be OK given the issues on this run. Swimming in Tooting Bec Lido, 90m lengths. Most excellent. even if 3:03 for 180m is slow.

4 days rest, till long run on Monday night mmmmmmmm Must be the humidity.......

Other stuff. Must get back to simple stretching morning, and night. Always feeling better when that happens, but manage to drop it after a couple of days.
