Feeling able to run on leg though not lasting long. This was 3.2k on grass then remainder on tarmac. Very sore by the end of this. Hope to not have set it back too much, more recovery till Sunday then target the 18 miles.

Objective for Sunday, easy to start and then slowly try and pick up the pace towards the end of the run. Just worry about completing and not running a given time/pace. Negative split would be good though.
