Workout consisted of 3/4 mile warm-up, 3 X 100 long strides, 6 X 600 at goal pace with 200 recovery followed by 3/4 mile cool down
Conditions were not ideal for intervals, with traffic and hills but times for each of the 600's were : 1- ??? 2- 7:52/mi rate,
3- 7:56/mi, 4- 8:10/mi, 5- 7:51/mi, 6- 8:15/mi
