Slow run out to hills-1 mile. Ran 6X1/4 mile hills with 1/4 mile recovery. Lead the last one. Moderate run back to RHHS- 1.5 miles. Challenged some of the younger ones back to the start line- 150 yards after catching up to them. Didn't have enough left to stay with them once I caught them. Next time!
Felt good. No hamstring, quad or blister problems,.
