Notes

Ran without a watch because I knew it would be extremely slow (guess 10:30-11 minute pace). Mulched a lot Saturday and Sunday with shoveling and wheelbarrow loads. Also ran late in the day. Tired to begin with. Back hurt for first 1/4 mile or so. I got three runs in for the week, but not great ones. Looking forward to Tuesday Next Step workout for some pushing.
