Notes

Ran 1 mile warm-up on the track before we ran across 108 to the interval course. Did 3 X 400-800-400 with maybe 200 recovery after all but last. Ran back easy to RHHS. all intervals sub-7:45 pace with maybe a few at 7:30. Felt good with no l. calf pain till last 400.
