Ran with Faye most of way. Right hamstring a little sore. After stopping 2 X in last 1/4 mile to tie shoes, I tried to catch group by speeding up on a hard right turn. Felt sharp pain in r hammy and backed off. Will not run again until Tuesday 11AM in Boston.
