Missed a couple of runs, so I did 4 miles today.
Walked 3:00 to start, ran 15:00, walked 2:00, ran 8:00, walked 2:00, ran 8:00, walked 2:00, and ran 1:52.
Hot, humid run. I felt loose to start with and kept an easy pace. I didn't push it with the heat & humidity. It didn't knock me on my butt like the run on Saturday. It went well.
I'm liking the Altra Torin shoes the more I run in them.
