Notes
Ran better. The weather was miserable -- rainy, very windy and cold. I ran better.
The course was narrow (golf cart trail), hilly (small, but many) and winding.
I ran better, but better weather and less wind and cold would have given me a better time.
My sciatica was bad. I did not let anyone pass me after 1.5 miles, but I did not pass anyone after 1.5 either.
I wish I could run again. I miss running well, without pain.
