Notes

Ran with Joel Elliott. Slowed my pace to run with him and plan to help him work up to a faster training pace. I failed to start my watch, but estimate we ran at 9:00 per mile pace.

I rolled left ankle on Saturday and have taken a few days to rest it. I did not have any swelling, but did have a mild throbbing pain on the outer left side below the ankle that subsided yesterday. It felt okay today. The mild pain has returned, but is less than it was on Sunday.

I plan to run tomorrow morning, too.
