Sandra provided several water and Gatorade locations from her vehicle for me to replenish fluids while I ran to Putnam and back. I ran well. I have a huge blood blister on my left foot under the big toe's metatarsal pad, where I have had blisters from the expensive, crappy insoles that I bought from Running Central.
During the run the wind shifted from the west to from the north to from the south to from the west, so that it seemed like the wind was in my face for much of the run. It was finally behind me as I turned toward Henry on Water Tower Road.
